Mystery Wallet.

My family and I went for a walk yesterday and I and Orum found a wallet at the beach.

It had 20 dollars in it and my dad said that I could keep it and the money and me and Orum ask my dad if we could give it to a homeless person and he said we could.

We saw a homeless person and then we stopped the car and threw it over to him.

Puku ora's new drive thru

Puku Ora's New Drive-Thu

My Mum has a New Shop called Puku Ora.

And with Covid19 in the way she has not been working as much as she use to.

But now she is working more and more each day because she has a new drive-thru.

She and her team have been working really hard because they have to make school lunches and they also have to take the orders from 

 the drive-thru.

Orums birthday

                              Orum's Birthday.

On the 17th of April, it was my little brother Orum's birthday.

For Orum's birthday, our mum made her own vegan version of McDonald's it was delicious.

For Orum's Birthday we each got to pick a game.

For my game, we played Dodge ball, Noah's game was a scavenger hunt, my mum's game was cut the chocolate, my dad's game was spotlight.

Then we did a video call to all of our aunties, uncles, and cousins.

Our auntie Amy did a Lollie scramble out of her car, she got Orum some things from a gas station.

My holiday

My holiday

Hello, My name is Ella B and the reason I am writing this blog post is that I want to let you all know how it has been for my family and me, like how hard and easy it has been for me and my brothers you know like how it has been in the Covid19.

Me and my brothers Orum, Jobe, and Noah like to run and we don't have that much of a big back yard. 

The Covid19 me and my brothers all say that the Covid19 sucks.

Now in this blog post, it will have its good bad news but first I want to tell you about how it has been.

So first umm... it has not gone so well my brothers and me keep on fighting this morning my brother Orum tried to hit me with a baseball bat it did give my leg a little bruise but I never noticed until my oldest brother Noah said: "Ella what happened to your leg?".

Now onto the good and bad news.

So let's start with the Good News.
So Good News?OOOH so I learned how to do a parani
a parani is when you do a cartwheel with no hand at the same time do a have spin but if you are god at doing it you do five whole spins as well as doing a cartwheel with no hands.

if only Makaraka school had tramp I could teach my class how to do a parani it would be amazing and fun...OH I have an idea why don't I ask my teacher if he could ask Mr. Swan if we could have a school tramp.

Maths Time.

Hi my name is Ella B and today I am going to be talking to you about when my class did Maths Time.

Our Maths Time might be different to your Maths Time because we play on white boards and we play games on laminated sheets like Traffic Lights and Bowl of Facts.

There is another game, I can't remember the name if it, and it has this worm on it and you can do subtraction, addition and times tables.

Horu Hopu

On Monday my class went and played Horu Hopuit is a lot of fun.

This how you play it is basically like netball but with poe you have two defense and two attack but there are not any netball hoops and no netball balls so you have to try and score goal there are two scoring goals the attack are the only one's who can score goals.

I was one of the attack it was realy fun but confusing at first didn't understand then I keeped on going then I started to understand the game it was so much fun.

And here is a realy cool fact about Horu Hopu it is a traditional mori game which means that back in those days the mori would play Horu Hopu and there are mori people still living these days and they still play Horu Hopu.
